Maintenance and modification contractor assigned to Suez Oil Processing Company (SOPC).
- Participated in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the CDU-2 upgrade to Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS; now preparing for the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and wiring commissioning.
- Participated in SAT and commissioning of the B&W Steam Boiler control system upgrade to Yokogawa CENTUM VP DCS, resolving wiring issues with technicians until the system was fully operational.
- Prepared and submitted the Modbus I/O mapping (analog and digital points) between the desalter Allen-Bradley PLC and the Yokogawa DCS; now adding the additional points to the PLC program in Studio 5000 Logix Designer.
- Executed CDU-1 turnaround and calibration for Yokogawa CS 3000 R3.
- Executed CDU-2 turnaround and calibration for Foxboro DCS I/A Series System.
- Identified 50+ hazards via HAZOP and reviewed 10 critical risks using Bow Tie Analysis under PSAIM framework.
- Sized and validated 12 orifice plate replacements in CDU-1 using Emerson Daniel flow calculations.
- Performed quarterly preventive and corrective maintenance and calibration on 100+ field instruments.
